How does YourDrive work?
Use the YourDrive app to request your next vehicle, including when and where you would like the next vehicle. A concierge will deliver the fresh vehicle, transfer everything over to your new car, and ensure you’re all set to go. Have a vehicle delivered to your location up to three times per month! Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect car for any occasion.
What is included in a YourDrive subscription?
Every YourDrive subscription includes rights to a vehicle, insurance and three flips per month between vehicles. You are also allowed up to 2,000 miles per month.
The concierge team delivers hand detailed vehicles to wherever you request. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving.

Think of YourDrive as your personal concierge service. Tell us about your needs and we'll match them with the perfect vehicle. More seats? Extra luggage room? Special date night? We've got you covered.
We listen and learn. And don't worry, if we ever miss the mark we will bring you a new car right away. We focus on the details so you can focus on enjoying the journey.
How does insurance work?
Insurance is included with all YourDrive subscriptions. All approved drivers are covered by the YourDrive insurance policy. Policy highlights:
- - $1,000 Deductible
- - $500,000 liability coverage (combined single limit)
- - $300,000 uninsured motorist (combined)
- - $2,000 medical payments to offset any out of pocket or deductible costs
Surcharges to be applied as applicable based on prescreening criteria.
How long can I keep a vehicle?
As long as you want!
There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips can be. Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance. However, at worst we’ll flip you into a fresh vehicle that is just like the one you have.
In practice, most members flip at least 1-2 times a month and enjoy doing so!
How new are the vehicles?
The vehicles are typically current or previous model year. Each vehicle is detailed before and after it ever goes to a member. Many of our members tell us that every vehicle feels like new!
How do I join YourDrive?

Is YourDrive in my area?
Today, YourDrive is live in Dallas, TX Metroplex area. If you’re outside of our membership radius, sign up for news and updates and we will let you know when we arrive in your city.
Who is eligible?
Anyone 21 or over with a valid license and clean driving record.
How do I receive my first vehicle?
Once accepted, your YourDrive concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 20 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes.
What should I do with my old vehicle?
What is the YourDrive joining fee?
The $500 YourDrive joining fee is required for all new memberships. The fee is non-refundable and charged when your first delivery is scheduled.
How well equipped are the vehicles?
The vehicle feature sets vary based on price plans. Options vary by model and specific vehicle. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.
Are pets allowed in vehicles?
We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the car and safer for your furry friend!
What happens if my vehicle needs repair?
Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, call us on your personal concierge line or use the YourDrive app to notify us and we will get you back driving!
What happens if I get into an accident?
First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, notify the police and exchange information with the other parties. Once the situation is stabilized, call us on your personal concierge line. We will bring you a fresh vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.
How much advance notice is required for a flip?
While there is no minimum notice required, the best experience is to book at least a few days in advance.

Need something this afternoon? Don't stress, we will bring you the best option available.
Do I tip the concierge?
YourDrive does not allow tipping. Concierge delivery is part of the overall YourDrive member experience and included with the monthly subscription. If you have an exceptional Concierge experience feel free to reflect it in the service rating or by letting the team know.
Pricing and Payment
Where can I find the insurance card?
View a digital version of your insurance card under "Your Current Ride" on the home screen of your YourDrive app. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.
What about fuel?
All YourDrive cars are delivered with a full tank of gas, and YourDrive members are only responsible for the fuel they use. If you flip a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. We never charge a fuel premium or convenience fee.
When is payment due?
A valid credit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas or upgrades will be charged as soon as the flip ends.
What is the minimum commitment to YourDrive?
YourDrive is a monthly subscription service. Pay for the first 31 days and give it a try. If you like it, your subscription will renew automatically monthly after the first period. If you ever want to cancel, just let us know and we will end your subscription after your current month has expired.
Can I move between the different plans?
Yes, members can move between plans. We do require you to remain in your current plan until the end of your next billing cycle.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Going out of town? Love YourDrive but need a break? Just pause your YourDrive account and have one less monthly bill covering something you're not even using. No lease or loan allows that!
Pause your YourDrive account for up to four months at a time for a $250 convenience fee. We do require a 30-day notice of pause. When you are ready to rejoin, then pick right back up where you left off for no additional charge!
Do you offer corporate memberships?

Is there a mileage limit per month?
YourDrive subscriptions include 2,000 miles of driving per month across the vehicles you flip into. Any unused miles 'roll over' each month you continue with the service! If you don't have 'roll over' miles, each additional mile over 2,000 in a given month will have a $0.25 per mile surcharge.
Can anyone else drive the vehicle?
Yes, eligible drivers may be registered as additional drivers and added to the member’s account.
Are members responsible for their YourDrive car?
Yes, we expect our members to take care of YourDrive vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean, and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the YourDrive app.
What is the condition of YourDrive vehicles?
YourDrive is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.
